At Sowaylife, we want every shopping experience to meet expectations in terms of quality, fit, and style. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on sowaylife.com and outlines eligibility, timelines, fees, and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return for eligible items within 90 days of the original delivery date. To qualify, returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Free from stains, damage, or odors
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation)
Returns beyond 90 days are not accepted.

3. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after Sowaylife receives and inspects the returned item(s). No restocking fees, handling fees, or administrative fees are charged.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
4. No-Fee Return & Refund Policy
Sowaylife does not charge the following fees:
- Restocking fees
- Processing fees
- Handling fees
- Return fees
- Administrative fees
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by Sowaylife (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged arrival).
5. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must contact customer support with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
Once approved, instructions for completing the return will be provided.
6. Exchange Options
Customers may request an exchange for:
- Alternative color
- Alternative size
- Different product (equal or lower value)
If exchanged for a lower-priced product, the difference will be refunded.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain merchandise categories are not eligible for return to ensure health and safety compliance. These include:
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned beyond 90-day window
Sowaylife does not accept items that are intentionally altered or damaged.
8. Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Refunds will not be issued to third-party accounts or alternative payment sources.
9. Order Issues, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Notify Sowaylife Support within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos (if applicable)
- Include order number and product details
In such cases, shipping fees are refunded and replacement or refund options may be offered.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Sowaylife is not responsible for theft or theft-related claims after delivery confirmation. However, case-by-case assistance may be provided.
11. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations or order changes must be submitted before processing begins. Once processed, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be modified.
