Cancel & Change Order Policy

At Sowaylife, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so customers can receive their bags and backpacks without delay. Because of this fast processing system, cancellation or modification requests are time-sensitive. Please review the policy below to understand how and when changes can be made.

1. Order Processing Timeline

All orders placed on sowaylife.com begin processing shortly after payment is completed.

Handling Time: 1 business day

Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday

Orders submitted after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has entered the packing or shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

2. Canceling an Order

You may request an order cancellation if:

  • The order has not yet been processed.
  • The order has not been shipped or assigned a tracking number.

Because processing is fast, cancellation is not guaranteed, but we will make every reasonable effort to assist you.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, you may return the item once it arrives by following our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Changing an Order

Customers may request modifications including:

  • Changing the product style or color
  • Updating the quantity
  • Correcting the shipping address
  • Adjusting customer information (name, phone, etc.)

To request changes, you must contact us before the order is processed. Once an order is packed or shipped, no changes can be made.

If the shipping address is incorrect and the order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier (USPS / UPS / FedEx) using your tracking number to request package intercept or redirection. Sowaylife cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

4. Incorrect Information at Checkout

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. If incorrect details result in delivery issues (such as lost packages or returns), Sowaylife is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, we can reship the order once updated information is provided. A reshipping fee may apply.

5. Items Out of Stock

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

We will notify you promptly via email. You may choose to:

  • Replace the item with a similar product
  • Receive store credit
  • Cancel the item or order for a full refund

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds are typically issued within 10 days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal or Venmo).
  • No cancellation fees apply.
