Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

2. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days after your order is processed.

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Coverage

At this time, We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

Alaska

Hawaii

Puerto Rico

Guam

U.S. Virgin Islands

APO/FPO military addresses

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@dompli.com.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
