We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Sowaylife LLC. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Email returns@sowaylife.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
• Our team will provide a return shipping label or return instructions.
• Ship the item back within 14 days after your return request is approved.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, please mention it when requesting a return. Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time your request is processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sowaylife.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
