We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 per order across the United States.
No hidden fees or extra handling charges.

5. Where do you ship?

We proudly ship to all U.S. states and territories, including:

• APO/FPO military addresses

👉 International shipping is not available at this time.

6. What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your shipment has not arrived within 10 business days after the shipping date,
or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at
support@sowaylife.com.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

allowing you to monitor delivery status in real time.
